The human brain is bigger than any part of the body Is complex and is not yet fully understood.  There will still be a lot we don’t know.
The human brain has amazed people for centuries.  Some scientists and doctors have done the whole thing Life is spent understanding why the brain works.  Man cannot live a single moment without a brain. It is necessary to keep the brain healthy, so let us know how to keep the brain healthy against diseases.

#1: Exercise the body and mind

 Start exercising as much as you like for 20 to 30 minutes to get enough oxygen to your brain.  Laughing club exercises are the best.

If there is a Laughing Club exercise in a nearby garden, go there and learn it and do it at your home at a convenient time.  Exercising regularly will give your brain cells a lot of nourishing blood.

Write down in a diary the names of all your relatives, friends, relatives, neighbors.  Then give the diary to your spouse or son or daughter and memorize it.  Read the headline of the daily newspaper aloud then try to read the newspaper in front of the mirror.  Do all of the above regularly.

Get six to eight hours of sleep.  Keep this in mind to keep your brain healthy for life.  Get in the habit of going to bed and getting up on time.

#5: Eat foods that give strength to the brain

Eat a balanced, nutritious, and clean diet.  In addition to 50 to 60 grams of protein, 250 to 300 grams of complex carbohydrates and 30 to 40 grams of fats like oil and ghee, as well as natural substances from which your body needs vitamins, minerals, and fiber, 2 to 3 fresh fruits and 200 to 250 grams of green  Eat vegetables.

If there is no religious barrier in the daily diet, then taking two or three cloves of garlic in the daily diet increases the level of a neurotransmitter called serotonin in the body which improves the functioning of the brain.
